Summers End
coffee and english muffin in the dinning room
summer evening walks have been
a highlight for me this
year
see what I mean?
new crocs
I felt so happy when I went on a day trip with
my girlfriends and guess what?
I road a bike for the first time in 6 years!
it was just a tandem bike, so I had
a lot of help, but it still counts and
I am really proud!
Everyone on the trail got a peep show
because I was wearing a dress--oops!
We laughed until it hurt!
sweet surprises along the bike path
included a cute rest stop
and...
Lucy!!! The mini horse! I kept following
her and she was walking away from me;)
best berry pie I have ever had,
seriously,
the best.
this is a spoonmaker's studio,
I bought an Ash spoon to use for
soups and sauces.
um, ya. this happened. i'm that person.
took 3 hours to help madelynn clean out her room--found
these pants-we are both guessing it
was during her identity crisis her early
teen years...ya think?
this sweetheart and I have been outside
reading and reflecting.
and I've been working on more freehand
embroidery pieces, not bad, huh?!
I was in KC, Missouri for a few days, and I thought I'd get a post done before I left, but I guess it didn't happen. Sorry to leave you hanging for a while. I'll share about my time there in a few days. It was a good good trip, and the last one of the summer. I miss you guys, I hope you are doing well.
I really want to keep practicing my embroidery, and thought about making them for anyone that wants one! Please leave a comment if you'd like me to make you one. Just tell me your favorite colors and your favorite word.
Posts I have promised:
